This integrated operations centre is a key enabler of the council’s mission to turn Bristol into a Smart City, guided by the needs of their citizens and aided by an open information platform that fosters innovation. The operations centre facilitates collaborative traffic management, monitoring of public spaces, and telecare services. IBI Group’s key deliverables on the project included:
